One from you... two from him...
three from her... and can't forget the friend.
Pile them up... right next to the rest,
someday I'll sort through and see which was the best.
The one that captured the heart and soul,
entangled my life and took all control.
Oh, but that one wouldnt have tasted...
as sweet as it did when it came to me,
if it hadn't been given along with the others...
woven together... not knowing each other.
I'm still lost in contemplating the reasons,
for each of you coming and bringing to me
so many of these to eagerly feed from.
But honestly though.... I need to know...
what makes me so easy... the one you so freely,
speak and give and promise and live....
these lies you so lovingly bring into my life?
