A total stranger 

And yet you could be 

Everything in life 

That can make me complete 

The mind wonders 

Yet the heart guards 

If chances are never taken 

We will never grow very far 

Your voice captures my laughter 

Brings happiness from within 

A smile so sincere 

Now...

The wonder begins...

A meeting?

Perhaps...

And then?

What if you are the one?

Have I even considered

Maybe we should just get past

Lingering... For...

Lingering here 

lost once again 

Somewhere between what is 

and What might have been 

Lingering for the dreams to sail 

To find life and become real 

Hoping time isn't games fool 

Lost once again to lifes rule 

A million endings twist this tale

Yet still The heart lingers as

Failure has never felt so real 

The fool or the fairytale 

Which will survive 

When is it time to claim the reward 

Or walk away 

Defeated ... 

This lingering 

Can't keep going on 

Repeated.
