The screaming hell
Waking moments in life's charade
Waiting the moment to slip away
Ears ring full of echos of pain
Heart chokes on knives of steal....
Simple breathes away
Breath

Perform tasks methodically
Not today shall a tear slip away
Tune it out, keep it calm, swallow
Just hold on...
For sanity will bless you
When the sun shines once again
One day, maybe one day
The world can be pure
Can be just yours
No pain, no hurt, no echos....
No swallowed tears.
No more choking on a heart
A heart that beats so full of love
Breath
Breath slowly
Listen to the silence
The silence within your shell
Within your hell
