thinking as I'm sorting out my mind... if someone says "God never gives us more than we can handle"... than that would mean that we would have to accept that our trials in our life are put there by God. . . well, I'm not so sure that I do. I think that it's not that He gives us trials, it's that He's there with us as we face them... and when they get too bad He carries us, and even calms them. . ....
but to accept that He gives them would mean... ... He makes people sick?, makes people die?, makes natural disasters destroy lives?, causes accidents?...
this just doesn't make sense... ... to me, today.. in my manic state of mind... I think God is just the Comforter that eases us through the trials, if we let Him. . . .See More
